As “Goodyear Ellas Monoprosopi Anonymi Viomichaniki kai Emporiki Etairia" (we), we are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (the Law).

This Fair Processing Notice describes how we collect and process your personal data in order to fulfil Goodyear obligations arising from the terms and conditions of B2B incentive reward program (Goodyear Team) to a CUSTOMER, the reasons why we process and share such data, how long we keep it, what are your rights and how you can exercise them.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

We collect the following data during the term of the Agreement: name and surname of Customer representative, business email, business mobile phone number, business address.

WHAT ARE YOUR DATA USED FOR?

The data will be processed in order to fulfil our obligations arising from the terms and conditions of B2B incentive reward program (Goodyear Team) related to the purchase of tires.

WHICH IS the LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The processing is necessary for the purposes of performance of the B2B incentive reward program in which you participate, i.e. it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?

The Data will only be available to limited number of Goodyear or Goodyear’s affiliates employees who have been appointed to.

Goodyear will also be working with suppliers to perform such services including but not limited to: 360insights (Europe) Ltd. and its affiliates, employees and subprocessors listed in the Annex.

WHERE DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your data are securely processed within the UK/European Economic Area (EEA). In the event we transfer Personal Information of EEA, UK, and/or Swiss residents to external recipients outside the EEA, Switzerland, or the UK, we will only do so if the recipient: (i) is in a jurisdiction deemed adequate by the EU or by the UK, or (ii) has entered into EU or UK Standard Contractual Clauses with us; or, (iii) has implemented Binding Corporate Rules in its organization.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR DATA?

In accordance with the Law, you have a right to access and where necessary rectify your data.

In certain limited cases (in which case we will first analyze whether the conditions are fulfilled under the Law), you have also the right to request the erasure of your data, the restriction of our processing, the right to object to our processing of your personal data (in particular for commercial prospection purposes), and the right to data portability (to the extent technically possible).
